• We have free shipping via our shipping partner DHL on all orders above $100. Below this amount you pay $10 for shipping.
• We ship every business day from our storage worldwide and deliver within 2-5 business days in Europe and US. In any other country, delivery can take between 1-7 business days.
• All possible charges for taxes and import costs are being pre-paid by us (except for Russian orders).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• You will always be able to return your order to us within 14 days. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. Please, before starting a return, contact us first, maybe we can help you! All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
